Linwood College
Linwood College is a decile 2 school located in the suburb of Linwood, Christchurch. Current enrollment is approximately 900 students. 24-7 YouthWork started in the school in 2008. Currently there are two Youth Workers from Grace Vineyard Church in the school.

How long have you been a 24-7 Youth Worker? I was a youth worker all last year and I've fallen under the 24-7 youth umbrella in 2007.
What do you love about being a 24-7 Youth Worker?
Impacting young peoples lives in my community... showing the young people in our communities that despite anything they could be going through they'll always have someone to talk or hang with... Hanging with the other youth workers is also choice!
What was your reason for getting into 24-7 Youth Work?
I grew up in a healthy community myself and I know that played a massive role in the person I am now... so my reasons for becoming a 24-7 youth worker is to hopefully see young people grow.
What would be your greatest piece of advice to young people?
If you live to love you'll love to live!

If you make a mistake it's ok just get back up say sorry learn from it and try again.

What do you love about being a 24-7 Youth Worker?
I love the fact that I can go into the school and just be apart of everything that goes on in there without the kids thinking i'm any sort of law enforcer. And just seeing kids as the grow up in high school and helping them path their future
